There are many Realtors who can sell your home, but there are few who are true problem solvers. When problems arise, most Realtors have few resources at their disposal. With Patty Harbin, when problems arose, she didn’t throw up her hands. Instead she worked even harder to find the solution that we needed. We contacted Patty to enlist her to sell our home. Unfortunately, we learned that our home value would not support a sale or a refinance to lower our extremely high interest rate.
